Falcon tournament was as always "THE BOMB" We had a three fish limit with respect to the Falcon lake fishery, a one day Rebel tournament and second day fun team tournament with great prizes. We welcome our new members Landon and son Hunter Vetter to Rebel Bass Club, who fished the infamous Falcon Lake for the first time. Rebel Bass Club is growing strong and acquiring many passionate new members that fit our family club just perfectly. The stringers were large and the fishing was to die for. Keep in mind these weights are based on a three fish limit. 1st. place went to our baby blue eyed tournament director, "Wayne Tauer" with a bag weighing a whopping 20.71lbs. 2nd place went to the charming and steady heavy bags, "Eric Tauer" with a weight of 19.71lbs to include his 8.0 kicker. 3rd place went to our distinguished "Just Earl Lackey" with a weight of 18.92lbs. Holy Cow Earl nice! 4th place The tall dark and handsome "Joey Boxer Brown" with an impressive weight of 15.83lbs. Joey impressed us all with his LIFEGUARD skills, jumping into the lake and saving a bass fish that was in distress after being hooked by Joey and becoming tangled in a brush pile, but fear not, Joey to the rescue. He saved the fish and finished the tournament in his joe boxers, WOW what a guy. 5th place goes to "Malcom Kitchen" one of our newest Rebels, who makes all fisherman envious with his large fish and cute baby doll "Lucky Charm" daughter "Rileigh" 6th place goes to, YEP YOU GUESSED IT, THE SILVER FOX "Fritz Callier" with a sack of 15.55lbs. way to go Fritz. Our Big Bass weighing in at a striking 9.32lbs caught by our 2009 Angler of The year LUCKY MAN "Robert Gohlke" Congratulations Robert. Also, CONGRATULATIONS to all our REBELS, men and women, for a great tournament. Special thanks to James and Tom Bendele from FALCON LAKE TACKLE for hosting the saturday night BBQ and thanks to all who helped. The food was really good and camaraderie was even better.
