RAIN, THUNDER, RAIN, LIGHTNING, RAIN, RAIN, RAIN, AND MORE RAIN!
IT WAS ELECTRIFYING!!
Our fearless tournament director "BRAD" schedule our Choke tournament on a day that we had severe RAIN, THUNDER, LIGHTNING AND FLOODING going on. He said there was no reason to cancel the tournament, so we floated on. Okay, I get it...boats are designed to float provided your bilge pumps work. So some of us put our rainsuits on and launched while others sat in their pickups and watched it rain. And did it rain...ALL DAY!! About 2:00 p.m. the thunder and lightning rolled in and many vacated the lake while others stayed and took risk to catch a fish. Now lets think about this, risking your life fishing in thunder and lightning to catch a fish...what is wrong with this picture.
